These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Princeboost website, applications, and services (collectively referred to as the “Service”). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

Services Description

Princeboost provides social media marketing (SMM) services designed to enhance your social media presence through increased social metrics including but not limited to followers, likes, comments, shares, and video views across various social media platforms.

Account Registration

1. To use our services, you must register for an account with accurate and complete information.
2. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
3. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. You must immediately notify Princeboost of any unauthorized use of your account.

Service Orders and Delivery

1. All orders are processed according to the specifications you select at the time of purchase.
2. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery may vary based on order size and platform conditions.
3. Princeboost reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.
4. We may impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts or all of the Service without notice or liability.

Payment and Refund Policy

1. All payments must be made in full before services are delivered.
2. Prices for services are subject to change without notice.
3. IMPORTANT: Once a service has been ordered and has begun processing, refunds cannot be made under any circumstances, including but not limited to instances where the service fell short of user expectations.
4. If Princeboost is unable to deliver a service at all, a refund or credit may be issued at our sole discretion.
5. Chargebacks made without first attempting to resolve issues with our customer support team may result in account termination.

User Obligations

1. You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
2. You agree not to use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
3. You must provide accurate information about the social media accounts you wish to enhance.
4. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary permissions and rights to use and enhance the social media accounts submitted to our Service.
5. You acknowledge that using third-party services like Princeboost may violate the terms of service of certain social media platforms, and you assume all risks associated with such violations.

Service Limitations and Risks

1. Princeboost does not guarantee that the use of our services will not result in actions taken against your social media accounts by the platforms themselves.
2. We cannot guarantee permanent retention of delivered metrics (followers, likes, etc.) as social media platforms may remove artificial engagement.
3. Results may vary based on account age, content quality, platform algorithms, and other factors outside our control.
4. Princeboost is not responsible for any negative consequences that may arise from using our services, including but not limited to account restrictions or suspensions.

Intellectual Property

1. The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Princeboost and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
2. You may not copy, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, or transmit any of the material on our Service without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

1. Princeboost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
2. In no event shall Princeboost’s total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount paid by you to Princeboost during the preceding three-month period.
3. Princeboost provides its services “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Princeboost and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorney fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service.

Termination

1. Princeboost may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.
2. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
3. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Changes to Terms

1. Princeboost reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time.

Dispute Resolution
